ICVM events bring together international storytellers, producers, distributors, and investors. For over 50 years, ICVM has hosted the annual Storytellers Conference and Crown Awards, honoring the best in Christian film and media. ICVM continues to expand through events like the MediaSphere, the Christian Film Market, the Script to Story Pitch-A-Thon, and more.

The crown Awards

The longest-running faith-based film awards ceremony celebrates its 53rd annual year recognizing and promoting the very best in Christian production. Winners in all 22 categories will be announced at the Crown Awards ceremony held on February 18th, 2026 at the NRB Media Convention.

MediaSphere

MediaSphere is an online event bringing together our international community of storytellers and innovators for a day filled with learning and meaningful connections. This event is a time to hear inspiring messages from renown keynote speakers, attend workshops, network with exhibitors, and receive investor insights from our pitch company showcase. The Storytellers conference

The ICVM annual conference creates an environment where storytellers, producers, distributors, and investors can form a community for mutual encouragement, learning, and fellowship through the art of film and media. Save the date for our next conference in Orlando, Florida from Sept. 30th – Oct. 3rd, 2026.

Christian Film Market

Join us for the annual Christian Film Market, included in the ICVM Storytellers Conference. Our next event will take place at the Storytellers Conference on October 3rd, 2026. Distributors involved have direct connections to theatrical, cable, and streaming networks and outlets, actively searching for high-quality Christian content to add to their pipelines.

Investor Pitch Showcase

We are now bringing together investors with film and media companies raising capital. Apply to pitch for the opportunity to present before an investors panel and gain exposure for your company. The Investor Pitch Showcase takes place at the ICVM Storytellers Conference and MediaSphere online summit each year.

Our History

ICVM is a community of Christians involved in bringing the message of Christ to the world through the use of media. As an organization, we are committed to bringing together like-minded individuals with the same passion, and helping our members multiply their effectiveness through every possible opportunity.

ICVM started with the advent of the Christian film industry. Many companies formed to meet the demand of more and better quality dramatic movies with a spiritual emphasis. Children’s videos started to proliferate as more and more parents became frustrated with what was coming out of Hollywood.

Today ICVM is a consortium of producers and distributors making a difference in the world through visual media. The ICVM membership family includes media organizations and media missionaries as well as individual video producers, independent writers, directors, actors and even some individuals who are simply interested in supporting Christian films and filmmakers.

Whatever your niche, we ask you to prayerfully consider joining this group who will encourage you to fulfill God’s call for your life.
