Seong-ho Jang,

Seong-Ho(Jay) is a leading expert in VFX and film-making in general in Korea. Coming from a visual communication background, Jay started off storyboarding feature films in his early twenties and later was recognized as a pioneer for introducing VFX to South Korean films. Since then, he has been responsible for much of the VFX in Korean films, setting new benchmarks and pushing boundaries in quality media content since 1995. His expansive list of VFX work includes films such as [Joint Security Area (2000)], [Haeundae (2009)], [Last Knights (2015)], [Sweet Home (2020)], [Moving (2022)], [The Wandering Earth 1(2019) & 2 (2023)] and many more.
Jay has not only been a VFX supervisor but has collaborated with many directors and writers as a script doctor, editor, storyboard artist and a color consultant. With over three decades of film experience and visionary leadership, Jay wrote, directed and produced the animated feature film [The King of Kings (2025)].
Mark Joseph is a music and film producer, author, columnist and founder of MJM Entertainment Group. In addition to producing his own films, he oversees a marketing team that has marketed 75 films since 2001. From 2000-2005 he worked in development and marketing for Walden Media and Crusader Entertainment and oversaw a 9-member grassroots marketing team. He has served as a producer on 15 films including Max Rose starring Jerry Lewis, The Vessel starring Martin Sheen, America, Japan: Searching For The Dream, Frank vs. God and others. Most recently he produced the film Reagan, starring Dennis Quaid
Joseph is the author of four books including The Lion, The Professor & The Movies: Narnia’s Journey To The Big Screen and is a regular contributor to publications like Newsweek, Forbes, The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, USA Today, The Huffington Post and Foxnews.com. He lives in Southern California with his family.

Richie Johns
Producer, Co-Owner of Studio 523
Richie Johns is the Co-Owner of Studio 523, a production company he runs with his wife and business partner, Bethany. Together, they’re passionate about telling stories that inspire hope, crafting film and television projects that uplift, encourage, and resonate with audiences.
He serves as the Lead Producer of The Promised Land Series, a bold new comedy that reimagines the 40-year wilderness journey of Moses and the Israelites—in the style of The Office. Season One is currently in post-production and set to release in late 2025.
Richie will make his directorial debut with Still Hope, a powerful feature film inspired by true stories of human trafficking survivors. The film, set for theatrical release in Spring 2026, tells a redemptive story of courage, healing, and restoration.
Richie brings significant passion and expertise to every project. He strives to make each set a fun, yet efficient environment that ultimately glorifies Christ throughout production. He and Bethany live in Franklin, Tennessee, with their two Pembroke Welsh Corgis.
Shari Rigby
Director, Writer, Producer, & Actress
Shari Rigby is an award-winning director, writer, producer, accomplished actress, and inspirational speaker known for her impactful contributions to faith-based entertainment. Shari has become a leading figure in Christian cinema, best recognized for her powerful roles in films like Overcomer, October Baby, Not Today, Wildflower, and The Least of These. Her talent extends beyond acting; she has earned recognition as an actor’s director, having worked on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on powerful performances and meaningful storytelling.
Shari recently starred in and directed an episode of County Rescue Season Two, streaming on Great American Family and Great American Pure Flix. She also directed and produced the award-winning film Divine Influencer, starring Lara Silva from The Chosen, and Identity Crisis, a teen girl drama. Her work on the Kendrick Brothers’ Overcomer, LifeMark, and The Forge further solidified her reputation in the industry. Additionally, Shari has contributed to television as an executive producer, director, and writer for 20 episodes of the Dream Center Los Angeles series on Daystar.
As the co-founder of Beautifully Flawed Productions with her creative partner, Claire Yorita Lee, Shari is focused on creating female-driven, God-honoring content for film and television. Shari’s passion for empowering women led her to establish The Women In My World, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring and discipling women to influence culture through their faith, talents, and gifts in entertainment, media, and business.
Dr. Ken Canfield
Leader, Author, & Founder of Fathers.com
Dr. Ken Canfield is a nationally known leader and scholar who has committed his life to strengthening fathers, families and grandparents. He founded the National Center for Fathering (www.fathers.com) and his been involved in many non-profits throughout his career.
Dr. Canfield has served as a consultant to media, national, state and community leaders. He has testified to the National Commission of Children, served as a founding member of the Father-to-Father Initiative and the National Fatherhood Leaders Group.
He is the author of numerous articles, both popular and scientific. His work has appeared in Psychological Reports, Educational and Psychological Measurements, The World and I, Parents, Today’s Better Life, Living with Children and New Man. He is the author of thirteen books, including: The 7 Secrets of Effective Fathers, The Heart of a Father, The Adventures of Fatherhood Series, They Call Me Dad, and The Heart of Grandparenting as well as several book chapters in collaborative texts.
Dr. Canfield believes that fathers and grandparents are untapped resources, which must be equipped to strengthen communities and families. “We all face complex family issues in our culture today. Fathers and grandparents must wrestle with this question, ‘What is my life message, and how am I fulfilling that role in my family—spiritually, relationally and physically?’”
Dr. Canfield has 5 adult children (three daughters and two sons), three sons-in-law, two daughters-in-law and sixteen grandchildren. He is married to Dr. Michelle Canfield, and they reside in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
